In accordance with legal requirements, we now measure a Professional Equality Index aimed at eliminating the pay gap between men and women in the company.
For the year 2022, ActBlue France obtained a very positive score of 50 out of 60 in its Gender Equality Index on the calculable criteria.
The company continues to progress after a score of 50 out of 60 in 2021, of 87 out of 100 in 2020 and 88 out of 100 in 2019.
This index is calculated annually and is based on the following 4 criteria:
